Day 31

From here on out, I actually have to think about days, not just look at the date.

So, in case the world didn't know, I love Disney. Disneyland, Disney movies, Disney Channel(The old one). I'm already planning our first family trip to Disneyland. Super stoked about it. We have a crazy collection of Disney movies. I'm a product of Lizzie McGuire, Even Stevens, So Weird, all that fun stuff!

Day 29

Whelp. This isn't about a book I'm currently reading, it's more like a book I read, heard about a movie, got really excited about said movie, saw it today, and would have walked out of the theater if I didn't need the date time because the movie was so terrible.

One For The Money.
Great book.
Terrible movie.

Crappy Jersey accents that weren't consistent through the movie.
Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE casting.
I like the idea of Katherine Heigl, she could have been great, it just didn't work for me.
Ranger wasn't mysterious.
Joe wasn't hot. At all.
Her mother wasn't quiet and drinking in the kitchen.
Her father didn't mutter under his breath.
Lula wasn't Lula-y enough, although I think Sherri Shepard was the best choice.
Rex was perfect.

I can't decide if I want them to make more movies, I would see them out of my loyalty to Janet Evanovich and Stephanie Plum, but I know, chances are, I'll be disappointed every time.

All in all I recommend the book! Not so much the movie.

Day 27

So yesterday I didn't have a chance to post because the babes was so cranky!
He went to the doctor and was tested for strep throat.
Part of me was hoping he had it, not because I want my baby to be sick, but because I would know why he was so cranky.
No strep.
Just a sore throat.
Super fun times!

Day 17

What is my biggest obsession?
Easy.

Beyond addicting and amazingly fun.

Turns anyone crafty.
Turns anyone into a chef.
Turns anyone into a party planner.
Turns anyone into an interior designer.
Makes everyone want a better wardrobe.
Makes everyone want a bigger house.
Makes everyone want a baby.
Makes everyone hungry.

Pinterest. An amazing place to waste spend your time!

Day 16

Hunger Games. Everyone is raving about it so I picked up a copy. I'm not gonna lie, I don't get the big deal. Maybe it's because I'm not that far into it, but I don't see the big deal. I'm on chapter 10, and it hasn't grabbed me yet. I would have stopped reading it at this point if it weren't for everyone loving it..

Day 15

It's my amazing husbands birthday!! He's such a wonderful daddy to our little boy, I couldn't ask for anything more<3

Day 14

Oreo Pudding CAKE!

I made this for Jesse and he ate it all so quickly!
It's so easy it's almost a joke.

Ingredients
1 box of chocolate cake mix(and the ingredients needed to make the cake)
1-2 boxes of Oreo pudding mix and the milk you need to make them

Make your cake like you normally would.
Make the pudding about 5 minutes before the cake comes out.
Take a straw and poke holes in the cake. You either need a big milkshake straw or a lot of little straw pokes.
Pour the pudding over the cake, make sure you hit all the holes!
Let it sit in the fridge for about an hour before eating.
There are so many other combinations you can do with pudding and cake mixes, I can't wait to try!!

I'm so mad at myself! I made a post yesterday and instead of posting, I guess I told it to save:/ Well here it is!

Someone decided to sleep the whole day away! He woke up this morning at 8:30, went back down at 9:45 and slept until 1:00 when I woke him to go to the sitters!

365- A Blog for the Year

So one of my resolutions is to do a 365 blog. This means a blog post every day. Crazy, yes. Doable, hecks yeah! Not every day is going to be a big old post, I kind of have a schedule I'm going to do my best to follow.

Sunday: Books of the Week
Monday: Video Day!
Tuesday: Things I Love
Wednesday: Picture Day!
Thursday: Up for Grabs Day

Friday: Recipe of the Week
Saturday: Building a Bucket List

So I think these are mostly self explanatory, Sunday is going to be all of our bedtime books for the week; Monday is going to be a video of sorts; Tuesday is things I love, whether it be products, people, places; Wednesday is a picture of the monster so I can document him week to week; Thursday is pretty much random day, if I have a holiday to blog, a milestone, a trip; Friday is going to be either a family favorite recipe or the most successful recipe of the week; and Saturday will be the day I add something to my bucket list, or expand on something that's already there. (This is mostly for me and my motivation to do things, if I share with everyone I'll have to do it!)

So since it's Sunday I'll go ahead and list out our books for the week! Since Noah got so many books for Christmas I think we'll read some of his new ones:)
