Steak Sauce Sliders

1 pound ground beef, browned
1 onion, chopped, bigger if you like lots, smaller if you don't!
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup steak sauce
1 cup beef broth
Salt and ground black pepper
Potato buns(we do it slider style
provolone

Mix beef, onion, and green pepper and cook another 6ish minutes, so the vegetables begin to soften. Mix in the steak sauce and beef broth,  let the liquid bubble around the edges and let it sit for 5 minutes. Spoon onto a bun/roll, with a slotted spoon, add a dollop of steak sauce and a slice of provolone! Delish!

Currently reading: I jumped back in to Twilight. I quit reading it for Hunger Games, and I have maybe 2 chapters left

Currently obsessed with: Finishing this coin drive for work! I'm so proud of my kids for organizing this!
Baby Milestones: He said Gramma! Kinda. There were four gammas in a row and big smiles:)
Favorite toy this week: A pair of baby shoes he never wore
Best time wasted: Seeing One for the Money. Terrible movie, but a wonderful date day:)
Gotta gossip: Nick Carter's sister dying.. So sad
Looking forward to: Valentine's Day! I've got plans up my sleeve!
